FH invites you to join an innovative and unique primary health care team located in one of Canada’s fastest-growing and culturally diverse cities. The Surrey-Newton Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) has a telemedicine locum position available.
You will participate in the delivery of team-based primary care services through the clinic by providing remote support for longitudinal patients. You will function as an essential member of our clinical care team and manage a panel of patients. We aim to provide patient-centered and trauma-informed care to our clients, and our mandate is to serve the vulnerable and medically complex in the area. Experience in mental health, OAT, and working with at-risk populations will be an asset. Join us to provide timely access to patients, families, and caregivers to comprehensive, person-centered, culturally safe, and quality care.
• CPSBC Eligible for Full License
Contracted in accordance with the provincial physician master agreement.
