We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our MCS Europe-based team at Snap Inc!

What You’ll Do:

As a Creative Strategist you will be focused primarily on driving performance-driven solutions in addition to supporting the wider Creative Strategy MCS team. This role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering innovative, results-focused creative strategies tailored to high-growth advertisers across Europe. Proficiency in European markets and fluency in additional languages, such as French or German, are highly preferred. You will:

  • Drive Direct Response (DR) Expertise: Develop and deliver creative strategies focused on performance-driven advertising, optimizing for measurable outcomes such as conversions, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Clients from eCommerce, Gaming, Consumer app verticals: Work closely with advertisers to understand their unique goals and challenges, tailoring creative solutions to maximize performance across diverse European markets.
  • Develop Scalable DR Solutions: Create repeatable frameworks and playbooks for performance campaigns that can be implemented across multiple clients and verticals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of creative strategies and alignment with business objectives.
  • Leverage Regional Insights: Work with Sales & Marketing Science to build a deep knowledge of European markets to inform creative strategies, including cultural nuances, market-specific opportunities, and platform trends.
  • Multilingual Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients across Europe, leveraging additional language skills to build strong relationships and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Advocate for Performance-First Thinking: Act as a thought leader within the organization, sharing expertise on performance marketing and championing its importance for business growth.
  • Innovate on Snapchat’s Tools: Leverage Snapchat’s unique creative capabilities to design performance-driven campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong expertise in performance-driven advertising and Direct Response (DR) marketing strategies.
  • Demonstration of successfully working across different advertising mediums across global campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of European markets, including cultural nuances and advertising practices.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to use data and insights to inform creative strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in French or German highly preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a related field, with a focus on DR solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable outcomes through performance-driven advertising strategies.
  • Experience working with export clients and navigating multi-market campaigns across Europe.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in multiple European languages, particularly French or German.
  • Strong knowledge of Snapchat’s tools and platforms, with the ability to leverage them for performance-driven campaigns.
  • Track record of developing scalable, repeatable solutions for performance advertising.
  • Passion for innovation and creativity in the performance marketing space.
