Job Description

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively
• Resolve customer complaints and issues to their satisfaction
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
• Feedback on product development based on customer needs
• Continuously improve through feedback
