Job description

Title: Business Development Manager - Social Housing
Location: Leeds
Salary: £55,000 plus bonus

Key Benefits
  1. Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
  2. Bonus (subject to achieving targets and company performance)
  3. 28 days of annual leave (including bank holidays)
  4. Pension scheme (3% employer contribution after qualifying period)
Role & Responsibilities
  1. Selling a housing solution to housing associations and local authorities
  2. Develop contacts and use existing relationships to secure work
  3. Attend meetings to showcase the product
  4. Provide technical advice on the projects
  5. Liaise with the commercial team to submit tenders and follow up
About the Company

Required Knowledge & Experience
  1. Previous experience in construction business development, preferably within the social housing/local authority sectors
  2. Sound technical knowledge and good IT skills
  3. Full UK driving license
