Enabling Support Worker
Location: Stroud
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 33 hours per week

As an Enabling Support Worker, it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
The organisation provides person-centred care and support, enabling adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, including dementia, to live as independently as possible. They offer three independent living services, ranging from daytime to 24-hour, sleep-in care and support. Their Independent Living service is run by the disability charity that connects people with their communities.
