  • Engineering & Problem-Solving – Designing and sketching repair solutions for frames, filters, rotating assemblies, couplings, platforms, hoppers, and more.
  • Planning & Estimation – Tracking hours worked on each job, estimating repair times and material costs to support project engineers with accurate quotes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in workshop management, ideally with a hands-on background in machining, fabrication, or mechanical fitting.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a busy team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience with procurement, logistics, and liaising with subcontractors.
  • A methodical and organised approach to planning and estimating work.
