£52,000 - £55,000 + Early finish Fridays + Company Benefits + Bonus

Are you a Workshop Manager or similar with a background in the Valve industry looking to step into a thriving workshop managing a team for an international valve manufacturer who can provide a great working environment, a host of company benefits and an early finish on a Friday?

On offer is the opportunity to work for an established multinational company who have been in operation for over 50 years. They undertake design, modification and manufacturing of specialised valves for some of the biggest gas and oil companies in the world.

This role will involve managing a workshop consisting of 14 staff. You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day activities, assuring all projects are on track to be completed on time. You will be working closely with the operations director and the managers of other divisions, attending production meetings and ensuring equipment and stock are available.
