Director of Marketing and Brand Identity

Content Creator / Filmmaker (3-Month Contract)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Filmmaker/Producer to join our team for a project-based, full-time, 3-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing a series of episodes for a YouTube channel, overseeing all aspects of production from concept to final delivery.

Position Overview:

As the Filmmaker/Producer, you will be responsible for managing the complete production process, including pre-production planning, filming, editing, and post-production. This role requires a combination of creative vision, technical expertise, and strong organisational skills to ensure the production of high-quality content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop concepts, storylines, and episode structures.
• Lead and manage all aspects of production, including filming, editing, and post-production.
• Coordinate with talent, directors, and other production staff to ensure smooth execution of all episodes.
• Ensure episodes are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee logistical elements of the production process, including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment management.
• Ensure all content is optimised for YouTube, adhering to best practices for platform engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Filmmaker or Producer, with a portfolio of relevant work (preferably in digital content or YouTube production).
• Proficiency with industry-standard filming equipment and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong understanding of YouTube content creation, audience engagement, and platform trends.
• Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.

Duration: 3-month contract (full-time)

Location: North London / remote
