As we continue to expand at pace, we’re looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to help bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales – turning brand love into action at the point of purchase. This role is all about delivering compelling, data-driven trade marketing strategies that bring RE:NOURISH to life in-store and online with our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Trade Marketing strategy across all retail and wholesale channels, aligning with brand and sales objectives.
- Develop and execute impactful in-store activations, point-of-sale (POS) campaigns, and promotional mechanics that drive visibility and velocity.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to support customer presentations, sell-in materials, and joint business plans.
- Plan and manage trade advertising, shopper marketing, and retailer-specific digital campaigns (e.g., Tesco Media, Ocado Retail Media, Sainsbury's Nectar).
- Leverage data and insights from sales, market, and shopper behaviour to optimise promotional ROI and drive category growth.
- Work with supply and commercial teams to forecast and manage promotional stock and budgets.
- Partner with the brand team to ensure consistent brand execution across all consumer touchpoints.
- Build strong relationships with retailer marketing teams to secure strategic opportunities and visibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Trade Marketing, FMCG is a must within the top 4 retailers.
- Deep understanding of UK grocery retail landscape and shopper behaviour.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering ROI-positive campaigns.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, trade marketing platforms, and retailer portals.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
