Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce technology leader who is looking for significant professional growth at an organisation with an award-winning culture for creativity, client impact and openness.

Your role will carry a core focus on defining and delivering architectural solutions, structuring technology and engineering teams and contributing to large-scale technical deliveries. You will also be responsible for thought leadership and driving the adoption of Salesforce architecture and technology trends at many of the worlds’ most prestigious brands. Along with driving best fit solutions for our clients, you will also work closely with business development leads, client partners and programme delivery managers to realise new business opportunities and help grow client accounts.

Your Impact

You will work closely with stakeholders to pitch, design and deliver Salesforce solutions that will transform our clients’ businesses. Your key strengths will be in leading Salesforce technical strategy, design, planning and delivery, driving best practices adoption, and ensuring the growth of teams and talent. As a seasoned technology leader you will contribute to the long term success of the Salesforce Practice across the Publicis Sapient International region.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience

1. Proven leadership and consulting skills to build trusted relationships with customers up to the C-level
2. Extensive experience with designing and delivering Salesforce solutions
3. Strong presentation, client pitching skills and Agile Delivery experience
4. A proven track record as a senior architect delivering enterprise scale technology transformation projects using Salesforce technology including:
   • Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, Heroku etc
   • Salesforce Integration/Architecture and design knowledge of API gateways
   • DevOps/Automation (CI, CD) for large scale delivery
   • Salesforce B2B Commerce
5. Proven aptitude to rapidly learn new technologies
6. Strong presentation and facilitation skills
7. Ability to lead a range of workshops e.g. Discovery, Solution Design and Delivery
8. Certified Application Architect and/or Certified System Architect
9. Eagerness to co-define and deliver advisory sessions for strategic initiatives
10. Experience contributing towards the development of a Salesforce technology practice and in building reusable frameworks
11. Experience coaching and mentoring experienced Salesforce Architects

Set Yourself Apart with

1. Salesforce CTA certification
2. Experience and certifications in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and/or Loyalty Cloud
