Job description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Training:
- Plan, organize and coordinate all of the team training
- Train all teams (Brand history, DNA, products, know-how, retail services) with the objective of educating them on how to sell to Acqua Di Parma clients
- Manage the full spectrum of education activities
- Share and exchange with HQ on local actions and expectations
- Be the reference in terms of knowledge on Acqua Di Parma
Support Retail Performance:
- Coach our sales teams (be present in the POS to ensure learning dynamic, conduct role-play to ensure the sales speech & selling ceremonial is mastered)
- Focus on retail excellence to ensure that we offer the most extraordinary shopping experience to our clients (welcome, consultation, contact information)
- Constant check of the competition environment and any recommendations for improvement
PROFILE
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training within the luxury beauty field
- Solid experience in both classroom training and field coaching
- Solid experience in building adhoc local tools for in store training and digital supports (app)
- Strong business acumen, proactive, a passion for excellence
- Experienced in using digital learning and clienteling tools
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
