Salary: £76,000 - £100,000
Location: Bristol, London, Manchester or Swansea with hybrid-working policy

About the role
As the Principal Delivery Manager, you will work with delivery, technical and design leads to ensure projects deliver the desired outcomes for users and customers. You will collaborate with delivery teams and client stakeholders to identify and manage risk and solve issues that arise. The majority of these activities will be value adding. You'll build effective relationships with other senior leaders within the business, enabling you to contribute to Made Tech playbooks and thought leadership. You will support the well-being and development of all team members within your portfolio, by ensuring they receive regular feedback and learning opportunities.
Principal Delivery Managers are experts in delivery and define the delivery approach and team shape, inspire trust with senior stakeholders, guide clients through the delivery process from the first client engagement and are the most senior line of project escalation for the account.

The accomplishments of the Principal Delivery Manager is demonstrated by growing Made Tech’s impact, delivering high value services to our clients, and accelerating the careers of others in both Delivery Management and other capabilities within your portfolio.
Principal Delivery Managers are responsible for delivering outcomes by collaborating with other Principals within the community, the rest of the Account management team, Delivery/Design/Technology leads within their projects, client stakeholders and internal business partners e.g. scheduling, hiring teams. They are responsible to the Co-Heads of Delivery who are their line managers and representatives in the Leadership Team.
