Role Overview

Oversee the effective delivery of Direct Delivery (DD) local country solutions (Destination Services, Visa & Immigration) within the European region. This role involves a blend of strategic planning, operational expertise, and leadership skills to ensure DD services to ensure services meet quality standards and satisfy client and customer expectations and needs. The Regional Director collaborates with various stakeholders, including local teams, supplier partners, clients, and senior management, to drive business growth, performance and support broader organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for local service delivery aligned with Direct Delivery business unit goals
  • Establish targets, metrics, and monitor operational data and KPIs to measure country and regional progress and team performance
  • Analyze regional market trends, customer feedback and performance metrics to make data-driven recommendations to improve customer/client experience and to expand product lines and grow Sirva’s Direct Delivery services in new markets within Europe
  • Ensure Direct Delivery product lines are delivered in manner compliant with regulatory requirements as applicable and with industry standards
  • Build, mature and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal and external partners to understand how to incorporate their needs and expectations to the delivery and development of Direct Delivery product lines
  • Support the design and implementation of digital systems and processes
  • Partner with other Sirva teams such as Sales, Account Management, Strategic Services, and Marketing to pursue DD opportunities and capture new business as well as build DD’s reputation and presence in the regional market
  • Manage team resources including budget allocation, staffing levels per country and multiple country resource sharing. Recruit and develop country team to build a high-performing regional organization. Foster positive work environments across regional offices that promote sense of regional unity, high employee engagement, morale and retention of key talent
