Job description
LV Community is looking for a Complex Needs Support Worker to join the team on a Part-Time basis, responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in line with the highest regulatory standards.
- Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of Service Users
- Teaching life skills such as shopping, using public transport, and paying bills
- Carrying out tasks in a way that demonstrates respect for dignity and privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances
- Contributing to enhancing the leisure and social life of Service Users, encouraging and supporting the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
