Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Strategic Account Manager at Epsilon, you'll lead the client servicing and delivery of innovative digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of top Publicis brands, collaborating closely with the agency teams as well as internal cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for helping to drive Publicis growth, retention, and revenue through exceptional service and strategic execution.

What You’ll Achieve

  • You will join our agency team, collaborating closely with Publicis Groupe agencies. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting and working alongside our Client Development team to deliver top-notch solutions and services to our expanding Publicis client portfolio.
  • You will manage media business across Tier 1 Publicis accounts by servicing current accounts, building relationships, educating client teams, and helping to cross-sell products.
  • You will launch new campaigns for our current portfolio of Publicis clients, ensuring smooth campaign launches by creating JIRA launch tickets and arranging KO calls.
  • You will work with agency teams to ensure we have the necessary assets and information for smooth launches, including creative tags and campaign KPIs.
  • You will support creative services with internal teams and agencies when necessary.
  • This role offers ample opportunities for career growth, with access to unlimited online training, workshops with industry experts, and peer-to-peer learning.
  • You will develop skills in Digital MarTech, project management, sales planning, client services, and strategic business planning, positioning you as a key contributor to Epsilon’s success across Publicis.
