Reporting to the VP Product Management, the Senior Manager - Pricing is responsible for developing and implementing effective pricing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will play a critical role in ensuring our products and services are competitively priced while maximizing profitability. You will be part of the product management team and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to gather insights and data that inform pricing decisions. Your ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, you will monitor market conditions, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to continuously refine our pricing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth through strategic pricing.

This position will be located in Belgium or Remote.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
  1. Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Identify opportunities for pricing optimization and revenue growth.
  3. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
  4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather data and insights.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Provide guidance and training to team members on pricing strategies and tools.
The essential requirements of the job include:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a similar role.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and presentation abilities.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software with attention to detail.
  5. Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
  6. Ready for occasional travel with an average of 5 nights away from home a month.
