Job description

The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

A seamless booking experience sets the tone for an unforgettable stay. As our Reservations Supervisor, you’ll lead the team in handling every inquiry with precision, warmth, and efficiency. From managing daily operations to training agents and fine-tuning booking strategies, you’ll ensure that every guest interaction is smooth, professional, and perfectly aligned with the Rosewood brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support and mentor the reservations team, ensuring exceptional service and a strong conversion mindset.
  2. Oversee inquiries, payments, and reservation details, ensuring accuracy and seamless guest experiences.
  3. Monitor booking trends, maintain rate codes, and support revenue management strategies.
  4. Coach new team members, facilitate ongoing training, and maintain SOPs to keep standards high.
  5. Manage daily operations, liaise with other departments, and step in for the Reservations Manager when needed.
