Software Development Team Lead - .Net / C# / SaaS / Low Level

An exciting opportunity is on offer for a Software Development Team Lead to work for a fast-growing technology business. The chosen Software Development Team Lead will be managing a team of 5 Software Engineers with the opportunity to grow the team to 9 engineers in the coming months.

As a Software Development Team Lead, you will have a strong background in coding, particularly in .Net/C#. This will be a hands-on role, with about 50% of your time dedicated to coding. You will work on a growing cloud platform used by clients worldwide, helping to improve current software and mainly working on greenfield projects.

You will ideally have experience in low-level systems development and device development. Previous experience with C/C++ would also be ideal. It is essential that you know the Windows operating system; knowledge of Linux and Mac would be an additional bonus.

You should have strong experience in managing remote software development teams on a global scale, which requires excellent communication skills.
