Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Winchester, United Kingdom

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary construction consultancy with several offices located around the UK. We are looking to speak with a progression-orientated Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to gain their chartership and help continue the fast growth of our client's cost management team and collaborate with a diverse range of high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing monthly cost reports.
2. Assisting with preparing cost estimates, evaluation and tender reporting.
3. Building relationships with contractors, clients and consultants.
4. Actively engaging in client and contractor meetings.

Skills & Experience:

1. Have a RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying, or a similar field.
2. Desire to gain MRICS status.
