Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Winchester, United Kingdom

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary construction consultancy with several offices located around the UK. We are looking to speak with a progression-orientated Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to gain their chartership and help continue the fast growth of our client’s cost management team and collaborate with a diverse range of high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly cost reports.
• Assisting with preparing cost estimates, evaluation and tender reporting.
• Building relationships with contractors, clients and consultants.
• Actively engaging in client and contractor meetings.

Skills & Experience:

• Have a RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying, or a similar field.
• Desire to gain MRICS status.
