Multi Skilled Engineer (Elec Bias) – Healthcare Site

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Flexibility Required for OOH Work)

We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled engineer (Elec Bias) to join a dynamic facilities management team at a prestigious healthcare site in Hemel Hempstead. This role offers the chance to work in a critical environment where safety, compliance, and operational efficiency are paramount.

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Execute PPM tasks on M&E building services, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Reactive Repairs: Diagnose and repair faults efficiently, minimising downtime.
• Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractors by ensuring compliance with H&S requirements, including RAMS and competency checks.
• Inspection & Diagnostics: Conduct detailed inspections of mechanical and electrical systems, implementing effective solutions.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all work meets service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain accurate site records and logbooks. Submit job sheets electronically using a tablet or smartphone.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proven M&E maintenance experience in a facilities management setting.
• Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification with AM2 certification.
• Strong understanding of health & safety compliance standards.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to respond to emergencies and adapt to business needs.
