Cardo Group is a social housing property maintenance company. Our multi-company group specializes in maintenance, compliance, and retrofit services with a growing national footprint. With ambitious plans for further national expansion, we are committed to making a lasting impact in the industry. We are currently looking to recruit an IT Support Assistant based from our Cardiff HQ.
PurposeReporting to the Head of IT Support & Security, our IT Support Assistants handle first line support requests, diagnose faults and solve technical and application problems, either over the phone, in person or via remote access. Helping optimize IT infrastructure by identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and deploying efficient solutions. Having awareness of the importance of Information Security policies and processes applicable to our organization and our Cybersecurity Essentials Certification.
ResponsibilitiesCardiff but with travel across current and future Cardo office locations when required.
