Our client is a specialist business who are experts in producing precision engineered products. They are now looking to recruit a full time and permanent CNC Machinist to operate a variety of their turning machines. The ideal candidate will be experienced in CNC Turning and well versed with Fanuc Programme and controls. Apply now for an immediate response.

The Job You'll Do:

1. You will be responsible for the setting and operating of CNC Turning machines (Mori Seiki, Okuma, CMZ).
2. Modify & edit programs as & when required.
3. Measure & inspect the parts you manufacture to ensure compliance with drawings.
4. Be able to work as an individual or part of a team.

About You:

1. You must be able to demonstrate experience in CNC Turning.
2. Extensive knowledge of FANUC program & controls.
3. Be capable of reading & interpreting engineering drawings & tolerances.
4. Be proficient in the use of all types of measuring equipment, e.g. micrometers, verniers, bore clocks etc.
5. Computer literate.
6. Flexibility is a must; you will be required to move & work in other areas of the business as load dictates.
