We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to be our new Hotel Receptionist at The Old Swan Hotel-Harrogate on a Part Time Basis.
Key Responsibilities
As a Hotel Receptionist, You Will Be Responsible For:
- Welcoming guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Answering inquiries via phone and email promptly
- Taking payments
- Handling reservations, cancellations, and changes in bookings
- Maintaining a clean and organised front desk area
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
- Positive attitude

- Part Time hours shift patterns are 6.30am-3pm/9-5 or 2.45pm-10.45pm (mixture of shifts. Must be flexible, includes evenings and weekends).
