The Professional Services Team

R3's Professional Services team comprises innovative problem-solvers and strategic, fast-moving team members collaborating with customers to solve challenges. Professional Services drives successful customer outcomes by defining and delivering end-to-end customer solutions and guiding the customer at each step. We are looking for a driven graduate who is keen to embark upon a career as a business analyst in an exciting and creative environment.

Responsibilities

1. Support planning & organisation of key meetings between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring sessions are well prepared and capturing key minutes with outputs to share with required parties.
2. Help facilitate discovery workshops to understand the business purpose and high-level business requirements and transfer these into technical and business needs, pulling in relevant stakeholders to help define customer features.
3. Support the link between user requirements and technical implementation.
4. Create appropriate business collateral, including diagrams, to define business processes through various relevant business specification documents and templates.
5. Learn and understand how to convert business requirements into solution designs, demonstrating good judgement, and a pragmatic approach that combines business constraints and engineering realities.
6. Ability to convey and simplify concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
7. Help preparation of demos for working solutions or POCs to relevant stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with designers to create mockups of what the final product will look like.

Education & Experience - Must Haves

1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) related to Business/IT.
2. Interest in DLT/Blockchain technologies and benefits, although previous experience is not expected.
3. Flexibility to travel to client and partner sites for project work after 12 months (local and/or international).
4. Examples of enthusiasm & proactivity in education, personal life or work.
5. Critical thinker and highly organised, with strong communication and documentation skills.

Education & Experience - Nice to Haves

1. Broad experience working across the Financial Services domain (Payments, Banking, Insurance, Fintech) is desirable but not essential.
