Strong track record in Business Analysis using various methodologies
Experience in Financial Services or Banking industry
Experience building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Miro, and Visio
Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to create detailed process maps and operating models
Prior work on savings or migration programs
