The Role

We're looking for a PA to the CEO. You will play a crucial role in supporting our CEO in his administrative, organisational, and operational tasks, including diary management, correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with key client interactions. You will be highly organised, professional, and able to work discreetly with sensitive business information.

Responsibilities

Diary & schedule management: Organise and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and events.

Travel coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation and logistics for domestic and international trips.

Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action points to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Administrative Support: Handle expenses, reports, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Project Assistance: Support the CEO in managing projects, conducting research, and preparing presentations.

Studio Operations Support: Assist with office management duties, procurement of supplies and coordination of team events as needed.

Additional Tasks: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned, adapting to the fast-paced needs of a growing game studio.

Communications: Oversee email correspondence and other communications, ensuring timely responses.

Personal Tasks: Assist with personal tasks as needed to ensure the CEO's work-life balance.

Knowledge,Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in handling high-profile clients.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Professional and discreet approach to handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently.
  • A willingness to learn about the gaming industry and support business initiatives.
