- Speaking with candidates daily – conducting phone calls, following up, and building strong relationships
- Guiding candidates through the recruitment process
- Managing job applications and ensuring a smooth candidate journey
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants with shortlisting, market mapping, and talent pooling
- Writing job adverts and promoting vacancies across multiple platforms
- Updating and maintaining our CRM database
