The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Take ownership of your desk, managing and growing an established client base
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education professionals
Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding our network
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to successful placements
Provide strategic input to enhance team performance and client engagement
Mentor and support junior consultants, helping them develop their skills and achieve success

This role requires a proven background in recruitment, ideally within education or a similar fast-paced sector. We're looking for someone with strong sales ability, excellent relationship-building skills, and a drive to exceed targets.

As this role involves visiting schools across the region, a full UK driving licence is essential.
