About the Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse, you'll be an advocate for our residents, using your passion to make a difference in their lives. And, as a leader, you'll empower your staff to do the same.
You'll be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to our residents, this includes completing holistic assessments, developing appropriate care plans, and evaluating and determining clinical decisions that guide our care staff.
About You
Our ideal candidate has:
Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of Flu & COVID-19 Vaccination and possibly complete an NDIS Worker Screen.
Our residential aged care communities are supported by specialised teams who care deeply about our residents’ individual needs. Together with residents, healthcare partners and families, our teams deliver best practice care with the highest standards of safety, clinical practice and governance.
