First and foremost, we’re seeking someone with extensive experience in modern web application development who is currently in a technical leadership role, with a strong preference for someone with experience in agency and/or B2B client-facing roles. You’ll need to possess solid .NET Core experience and have strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and data engineering along with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. You’ll have experience working in products with well-thought-out, practical solutions solving real-world challenges, and you’re eager to expand your impact even further across our client base.

As a Technical Lead at Atomic, you’ll have direct responsibility across multiple client projects. With this in mind, we are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills. You’ll adeptly navigate technical discussions and be able to work both together and independently to deliver exceptional quality while being a voice for the direction of Atomic’s technical landscape. Additionally, you’ll be expected to mentor more junior engineers and advocate for improvement and positive change.
