Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize high-performance backend services using Node.js.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in the blockchain/Web3 space.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and backend development.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams while balancing leadership and hands-on development.
• Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, staking mechanisms, and infrastructure challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
