Our Technical Development team is at the core of this service, ensuring that we’re always keeping a close eye on clients’ critical systems. As our Technical Analyst, you will be remotely reviewing and reporting on the health and reliability of clients’ IT services, looking for opportunities to improve the services we provide. Your job is to be proactive, professional and friendly with all interactions with clients and working across all technical teams to improve our client-facing services.

Main Responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis you will:

1. Carry out monthly remote management checks as part of our totalIT service and produce reports for our managed service clients that reassure them of the health and security of their IT estate.
2. Proactively reach out to client employees to assist them with issues identified in the reports.
3. Assist in the management of totalIT agents across our client base.
4. Work with your Technical Development colleagues to identify areas for improvement or opportunities to automate and streamline existing processes.
5. Provide insights and reporting for our managed security services such as cybersecurity awareness and phishing training.
6. Respond to issues and queries from clients in a timely manner.
