We are looking for an eCommerce Marketing Executive to join our Performance Marketing team, based at NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicester with a competitive salary range of £31,000 - £44,000.

Our Performance Marketing team plays a key part in maximizing online sales, driving customer acquisition and return on investment by managing paid media campaigns!
About the role
As an eCommerce Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for our joint venture partners - Victoria’s Secret, GAP, and FatFace. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external media agencies to deliver impactful strategies that focus on the profitable acquisition of new customers, as well as driving sales from existing customers across multiple channels i.e. paid search, social, and more!
As well as campaign execution, you will support the creative process and contribute to the development of compelling ad creatives, ensuring they align with overall marketing objectives. It will be your responsibility to optimize our marketing product feeds, ensuring the best possible performance and maximizing ROI.
What else is involved?
You’ll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office. Our offices are inspiring, yes. But we understand that life happens. So, we’re big on making sure your work, works for you which is why we offer flexible working. This role currently offers 2 days a week in the office, and 3 from home.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is a productive self-starter, with a strong passion for eCommerce and a deep interest in the technological aspects of digital marketing. This role requires an analytical mindset with the ability to analyze with data, but also someone who is creative and inquisitive.
