Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise the company's ecommerce website and online sales channels to maximise conversions.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing, to drive traffic and sales.
Analyse website performance and sales data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and visuals across platforms.
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to enhance user experience and customer journey.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in an ecommerce role, ideally within a retail or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, including BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for website visuals and product content.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and improve online performance.
