This is an on-site role located at our offices between Alcester and Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire.

Position Summary:

You will be our in-house WordPress and WooCommerce expert, managing all aspects of our websites and eCommerce platforms. You'll ensure our sites are up to date, well-presented, and optimised for performance. With strong data management and Excel skills, you'll handle pricing updates, new product listings, implement new features, and identify growth opportunities. Basic SEO knowledge is essential to enhance visibility. We’re looking for someone with e-commerce experience, a keen eye for detail, and a commercial mindset. Skills and Experience:

• Proven expertise in WordPress websites
• Data analytics and advanced MS Excel knowledge
• Understanding of flat-file creation and utilisation
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive & solution-focused
• Strong understanding of digital trends
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Desirable but not essential:

• Knowledge of website development including basic HTML
• Implementation of WordPress plug-ins
• API implementation knowledge
• Copy writing experience
• Automotive industry experience
• Interest or certification in photography
• Wider knowledge and awareness of marketing disciplines
• Experience of using the ZOHO Suite

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as our in-house website expert, providing support on all aspects of our websites
• Create and enhance website product listings ensuring professional presentation and listing accuracy supporting sales growth and online conversion
• Lead initiatives to improve the online shopping experience and streamline navigation
• Propose and project manage website improvements
• Manage and optimize listings on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Google and eBay.
• Assist with capture and editing of high-quality product images for use across e-commerce platforms
• Maintain and implement price and product revisions while enforcing the product change policy
• Support user testing initiatives and ensure SKU consistency across all platforms
• Work closely with web developers to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our websites operate smoothly and efficiently
• Regularly review product pricing, monitor competitor strategies, and report to management team
• Support implementation and ensure clarity and accuracy for payment options like Klarna and Payment Assist
• Track website functionality, analyse performance metrics, and recommend improvements
• Monitor and communicate on abandoned carts to relevant teams
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain product accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms

This is a full-time position working hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You may occasionally be asked to support with events and activities outside of these hours.
