I am delighted to announce that I am partnering with a leading mixed-use developer to find an Investment Analyst to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile urban projects, supporting investment underwriting, financing structures, and financial strategy. You’ll work closely with senior executives to shape the success of large-scale developments across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, refine, and manage financial models for mixed-use developments.
• Conduct investment underwriting, assessing project feasibility, risk, and return.
• Lead financial analysis for refinancing major development loans due in the next 1-2 years.
• Provide financial insights that influence planning and investment strategies.
• Collaborate with lenders, investors, and internal teams to optimize project financing.
• Present financial models and recommendations to support key investment decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in real estate finance, investment, or development.
• Advanced financial modelling skills, with strong proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of real estate finance concepts, including debt and equity structuring.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex financial insights clearly.
