Graduate Technical Support Engineer - Aldershot Area - Machine Vision

An international engineering company specializing in machine vision technology is seeking a Graduate Technical Support / Applications Engineer to join their growing team.

As the successful Graduate Technical Support Engineer, you will have a passion for AI and emerging technologies and will have a degree in Optics, Robotics, or a similar field.

The Package:

Salary - £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Private Medical

25 days holiday + bank holidays

Pension 6% employer contribution

The Role:

  • Providing technical support to customers over the phone and via MS Teams.
  • Visiting customers as and when required to provide product training and support.
  • Providing technical support to the sales team.
  • Performing feasibility studies in the laboratory.
  • Supporting the sales team in Sensor and Machine Vision technology.
  • Conducting on-site customer training in software and hardware.

Requirements:

  • Ideally, you will have a degree in optics, electronic manufacturing, robotics, or a similar field.
  • You must have a good understanding and interest in AI technology.
  • You must have a full UK driving license.
