Role: Water Network Technician / Leakage Inspector
Location: Field-Based – Dorset/Wiltshire/Somerset
Salary: £27,348 to £32,515 dependent on experience with overtime opportunities
Role Type: Permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday plus telephone stand-by rota

As part of our essential front-line operations service, you’ll be joining a collaborative and dynamic team that is responsible for ensuring that our networks run as calmly and efficiently as possible. This is a pivotal role where you will help reduce the overall cost of water charges by accounting for all water consumed, as well as reducing water that is bought, but not sold, on site. This is achieved through using a range of leakage detection methods and to monitor, minimise and record water performance. You will use your industry experience to problem solve and identify areas for improvement across your region and work collaboratively with the wider business.
This is a field-based role mainly within Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire where you’ll be working alone and as part of a team.
