ECE Lead Teacher

We are looking for an experienced lead teacher to lead and inspire our teaching team.

We are a small, community-based Kindergarten in a beautiful setting. We cater for 30 children a day, aged 2-6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

The lead teacher is responsible for providing leadership and direction in curriculum implementation, staff mentoring, and strategic planning. This role ensures the kindergarten's philosophy is upheld while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. The lead teacher plays a key role in fostering a positive learning environment for children, families, and staff.

This pivotal position requires someone with exceptional interpersonal skills and diplomacy who contributes to and supports a positive team culture. A collaborative, inclusive leadership style is essential as you lead, inspire and support a team of experienced kaiako.
