Job description

We are seeking a Test Manager to define, establish, and implement test strategies across IT and Change for SEL and SEBL.

You will manage the test team to ensure a high-quality test service, working within the PMO governance to deliver test plans for individual projects. This role involves collaborating with product owners, subject matter experts, and project owners to develop and execute new test strategies and plans.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

• Substantial experience in a test lead role and able to take the lead and set technical standards and embed them within the team;
• Experience in Azure technologies;
• Exposure to SDLC;
• Experience designing test strategies (SIT, UAT, NFT);
• Experience managing onshore and offshore team of testers;
• Management of testing activities from third party vendors.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
