Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all operational activities in support of Business as Usual (BAU) and third-party projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in the energy networks and possess hands-on experience in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate all operational activities to support BAU and third-party projects
2. Manage and ensure the effective delivery of frontline operational activities
3. Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Systems, including facilitating annual Quality and Security audits to maintain accreditation
4. Define IT infrastructure requirements and coordinate with external service providers to maintain and update necessary tools
5. Coordinate project delivery, manage project finances, and monitor/report progress to the Management Team, ensuring compliance with QMS requirements

Main Skills and Experience Required:

1. Proven experience in developing and leading successful teams in designing and delivering operational solutions
2. Extensive experience in effective project leadership and team management
3. Strong understanding of principles, methods, techniques, and tools for effective project management from initiation through to implementation
4. Proficient in methods and techniques for reporting progress and financial conformance against agreed plans
5. Experience in bid management and proposal preparation

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration/Operations Management, or related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management and projects delivery
