Senior National Account Manager - Haircare *Advertised by OA West End

Our client, an incredibly successful independent beauty brand, is seeking a talented Senior National Account Manager to join their HQ team in London. They are seeking a candidate who has Sephora EU experience.

In this role, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth across key retail partners, managing relationships with large accounts, and working closely with the sales team to meet financial targets. Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (potential to flex slightly higher for the right candidate)

Role Impact:
  1. Revenue Growth: You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by working closely with key retail partners and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  2. Relationship Management: As the brand ambassador to our client's largest retail partners, you will build strong relationships and provide exceptional support on a day-to-day basis.
  3. Teamwork: Our client's team is small but highly impactful. Collaboration and support are crucial to the success of the business, and your contribution will be valued.
Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
  2. Develop annual business plans with accounts, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and executing strategic plans to achieve targets.
  3. Understand the needs and requirements of key accounts to provide excellent daily support and manage account KPIs.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and manage inventory levels.
  5. Resolve any logistical issues that may arise and ensure timely delivery of purchase orders.
  6. Work closely with the Education Team to plan retailer and retail staff trainings and events based on account needs.
  7. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights.
  8. Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with accounts to discuss sales performance and new product launches.
Requirements:

ESSENTIAL

  1. 2+ years of experience in Retail Account Management or Business Development, preferably in the beauty industry.
  2. Strong knowledge and experience in retail channels, including bricks and mortar, digital marketing strategies, e-commerce platforms, and online sales funnels.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-cultural settings.
  5. Experience managing international accounts and conducting business with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  7. Proactive and results-oriented approach, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  8. Willingness to travel domestic and internationally as required.
