Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our clients HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies to enhance workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal regulations.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Manage employee relations, address workplace conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Develop and lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management to support business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of at least 5 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD Level 5 or above) is preferred but not required.
