The IN Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant, leader or solutions sales individual to work with our well-established and highly experienced Technology and Transformation practice, in a 180, client-facing position.

This person will work predominantly with two highly successful and passionate Technology and Transformation Recruitment teams, both of which operate across corporate, listed and PE-backed organisations delivering programme teams across both Business and Technical programmes. It’s expected they will leverage both new and existing client relationships from Programme Director upwards, including C-Suite, typically CTrO, CIO, CFO and COO.

The Role

This is a 180 client-facing position where you will be tasked with identifying, meeting and creating new relationships and business partnerships with clients undertaking major transformation programmes. These transformations will include, but not be limited to; business transformation underpinned by ERP, CRM or HRIS, Finance Transformation, HR Transformation, Supply Chain and Procurement Transformation, and TOM design.

  • Client Growth and Acquisition: You will be targeted revenue generated from winning programmes of work within the Technology & Transformation space. The clients you work with will be a mixture of new clients and our existing clients across The IN group.
  • Solutions Sales: As the Client Growth Partner, you will be tasked with winning business for the Technology & Transformation recruitment business. You will also have the remit to offer talent solutions to the client base from our wider group, The IN Group. With these clients, you will be forming relationships in order to win programmes of work which would then be delivered by The IN Group’s specialist brands, including InX, Investigo and Definia - our consulting business.
  • Senior Network: This person will also have the opportunity to deliver the C-Suite or C-Suite -1 positions into these programmes as appropriate; the full programmes would then be sourced and delivered by our specialist recruitment teams.
What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience within the transformation recruitment space and experience with a network within Programme Director and C-Suite community. The role will report into a Senior Director who is an Operating Board Member, therefore demonstrating the importance of the investment in both this practice and the individual.

About you:
  • This role would suit an experienced senior-level recruitment consultant, manager or director who is motivated by senior networking, adding value through relationships and partnerships, high-level and challenging client engagement, excels at new business and commercial negotiations with new clients within the recruitment consulting space.
  • Alternatively, this role would also suit a top 360 recruitment performer who is looking to elevate their career into a true client development and partnership role, whilst no longer needing to spend time focusing on delivery.
  • Programmes of work: You will have a track record of winning and securing major programmes of work, typically requiring volume resources or consultancy programmes ranging from 10-100 person teams.
  • Solutions selling: You will have previous experience of solution-selling: identifying problem areas and shaping strategic solutions to technical and business leaders ideally within Funds and their associated Portfolio Companies.
  • End to End recruitment lifecycle management: 5+ years of 360 recruitment experience or Solutions Sales experience ideally within Private Equity recruitment and/or Transformation. Proven ability to build and nurture senior relationships.
