The IN Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant, leader or solutions sales individual to work with our well established and highly experienced Technology and Transformation practice, in a 180, client facing position.
This person will work predominantly with two highly successful and passionate Technology and Transformation Recruitment teams, both of which operate across corporate, listed and PE backed organisations delivering programme teams across both Business and Technical programmes. It’s expected they will leverage both new and existing client relationships from Programme Director upwards, including C-Suite, typically CTrO, CIO, CFO and COO.
The Role
This is a 180 client facing position where you will be tasked with identifying, meeting and creating new relationships and business partnerships with clients undertaking major transformation programmes. These transformations will include, but not be limited to; business transformation underpinned by ERP, CRM or HRIS, Finance Transformation, HR Transformation, Supply Chain and Procurement Transformation, and TOM design.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience within the transformation recruitment space and experience with a network within Programme Director and C-Suite community. The role will report into a Senior Director who is an Operating Board Member, therefore demonstrating the importance of the investment in both this practice and the individual.
