Job description

We are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our Void & Disrepair team based in the Peterborough / Cambridgeshire area, specialising in carrying out void and refurbishment works to our customers' properties.

The Multi Trader role:

• Undertaking multi trade work including jobs such as plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair works in a domestic setting, utilising problem-solving capabilities.
• Typical repairs can include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repair work.
• You will be responsible for ensuring our clients' properties are ready for handover, working to deadlines and managing timeframes to ensure transitions run smoothly.

What you will bring as a (Trade):

• You will be qualified to Level 2 in either Carpentry or Plumbing, although other Level 2 trade qualifications are also welcomed.
• Domestic / social housing experience would be beneficial as would experience working in a (responsive/planned) environment.
• A full UK Driving License is essential for this role.
