£45k - £46k basic + a rewarding monthly commission scheme.
Package:
Company Car (Plug in Hybrid) or a car allowance, 25 days, £10k per year commission based on region performance paid monthly.
In this position, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of accessible living products, showering solutions, bathroom products, and wetroom products & accessories. A large part of the position involves managing Social Housing providers such as West Berkshire Council, Bracknell Forest Council, Hounslow Council, Kingston Council, Lambeth Council, and Southwark Council. You will tender and gain business with the Local Authorities across the region. Additionally, you will manage contractors ranging from small heating engineers and bathroom installers to large multinational contractors such as Kier, Keepmoat, Lakehouse, United Living, and Mitie. The region you will manage includes South London (South of the River inside the M25), Surrey, a small part of Kent around Bexley/Bromley/Dartford, and then across to Reading/Slough in Berkshire. This region is performing extremely well and is firmly established.

Strong sales experience selling through either Social Housing providers or directly to Contractors is required. Candidates who sell through merchants are not suitable for this position, as it does not involve any merchant interaction. My client is open-minded regarding the product background, provided you can understand concepts such as “cross selling,” “features & benefits,” and “price negotiation.”
