Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Programme Coordinator to join our UK & Ireland Sales Team. This role is all about driving sales success! You'll be coordinating exciting sales programs, tracking progress, and making sure the sales team has everything they need to thrive—whether that’s the right tools, resources, or support. You'll work closely with different departments, monitor key metrics, and play a key part in ensuring the success of our sales initiatives. This is a dynamic role where your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of the team! If you join our team, you will be working on some of the most exciting opportunities and challenges we face, with a team that values growth, recognition, and camaraderie. In this role, you will be challenged to drive the success of Evolus UKI in an effort to build a brand like no other.

Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
  1. Events:
    1. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan, support, and execute both internal and external meetings, congresses, and events, ensuring smooth operations and maximum impact.
    2. Work closely with our HCP faculty, managing their contracts for promotional services—ensuring compliance, accurate tracking, and alignment with the budget.
    3. Execute promotional activities in partnership with marketing and sales teams, liaising with congress and marketing agencies, all while adhering to compliance guidelines.
  2. Finance Support:
    1. Handle vendor management, create purchase orders (POs), and track payments and budgets to ensure smooth financial operations.
    2. Oversee payment tracking for UK activities, including KOLs, congresses, agencies, and other related costs.
  3. Materials:
    1. Manage marketing assets alongside the marketing team to ensure consistency and accessibility of materials.
    2. Support Paperflite management, ensuring timely updates and accurate distribution of materials.
    3. Assist with media planning and PR efforts by providing relevant support tasks to help promote the brand.
    4. Collaborate with compliance to ensure materials are approved and processed within suitable timelines.
  4. Other Responsibilities:
    1. Ensure both personal and company compliance with all internal policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards.
    2. Take on ad-hoc project requests and additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
    3. Strive to meet or exceed established performance metrics, continuously contributing to team goals and success.
Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:
  1. A Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of relevant experience.
  2. Communication Skills: You’ll bring a friendly and professional approach to phone conversations and email exchanges, and you’re skilled at adjusting your communication style based on the audience and situation. You’ll be able to connect effectively with employees, customers, and all stakeholders.
  3. Multi-Tasking Ability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers through phone, chat, and email while balancing other tasks efficiently. You know how to prioritize and stay on top of things, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
  4. Critical Thinking: You have a knack for problem-solving and approaching challenges analytically, ensuring effective solutions every time.
  5. Social Perceptiveness: You’re great at understanding others’ reactions and adapting to their needs, making you an effective communicator and team player.
  6. Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: You pride yourself on your attention to detail and your ability to tackle problems head-on, ensuring everything is done to the highest standard.
  7. Passion for Innovation: You’re excited by the chance to build, innovate, and embrace change. You’re not just comfortable with change—you thrive on it!
  8. Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and are quick to pick up new tools and systems. Experience with Netsuite or other finance systems is a plus.
A Few Other Items Worth Mentioning:
  1. Embrace a remote-first work model with the flexibility to collaborate in person as needed.
  2. This role includes exciting opportunities for occasional travel (up to 20%), allowing you to support key business initiatives, attend industry events, and engage with stakeholders.
  3. You’ll work closely with the General Manager of UK and Ireland, collaborating directly to drive the success and growth of the UKI Sales Team.
