Site Supervisor
Location: London (South)

Long-Term Project
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to join our team for an exciting long-term construction project in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily site activities and ensuring the smooth operation of construction activities on sites located in both North and South London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee the health, safety, and welfare of all site personnel, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and report on site progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate site operations.
• Ensure that all site activities are conducted in compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) qualification is essential.
• A solid background in the construction industry, with experience in site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations on construction sites.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams, ensuring a productive and safe working environment.
• Flexibility to travel between North and South London sites as required.
